I have never seen one on the road. Not one. Buicks don’t sell much in my corner of the country, but still. Not even one?!
What a shame. Within five years, I bet the only wagon left for sale in the states will be Golf Alltrack. Well, if you wanted to sell your organs they might still make a V90 sans the body cladding.

I haven’t seen one either. And I live in a town that has multiple Cascadas AND a TSX wagon running around.

Not a lot of Buick around me, unless it’s old le sabres driven by retirees or donked out on 3 foot chrome rims.

I live in the land of GM. Can’t say I’ve seen one. The lease payment must not be favorable to other products in the lineup

We have both the lifted version (with the V6) and the lowered version (with a 4cyl, V6 and a diesel...and they are going down like a fart in a lift.
Probably because most reviews have suggested the Skoda Octavia and Passat Alltrack make a more compelling and better value story. And then there's the CX-9 and it's brethren as well.
Doesn't help that Holden killed almost all its regional dealer presence in the switch to import only.

I’ve seen one or two in the wilds of Toledo/N.W. Ohio. Buick is advertising them, nor are they making them competitive with other cross-overs or SUV’s. I’m assuming Buick/GMC
would prefer you to by an Enclave,
Envision or Terrain instead.

Us tourx are made in Germany by opel. From what I undersrand As they sold opel last year , selling the tourx is more Of a contractual obligation like theSS.
Also they don’t know how to sell it if it isn’t a truck.

On the plus side the Buick could potentially be worth pocket change in 5 or 10 years . Perfect for those of us who are 3rd owners (at best)

That’s a good looking wagon ... slap some Opel badges on it, and some fiftysomethings might bite based on nostalgia ...
And my organs are not for sale. Because who would want them?

I’ve never seen one and I’m in big three territory (Southeast Michigan- Metro Detroit).
I see some R egals, E ncores and Veranos occaisionally but not very often. I know they kept Buick for China but think if they kept Pontiac instead they would be doing better in the US even if they were the same vehicles. Buick’s reputation as old people cars is hard to shake and they aren’t Cadillac. That amount of rebranding hasn’t and probably never will happen. I could see them stop selling them in the US all together to be honest. Especially since a lot of there lineup is cars and that seems to be dying off unfortunately.

I saw one TourX while in Ohio. Have yet to see the hatch in real life. Have yet to see ANY advertisements about the car, either (hmm, perhaps they won’t sell if no one knows they exist...)
OTOH, every tenth car in my travels around PA is the new Lincoln MKC-Edge-copy. I only recognize it because of the weird hatch that has all the lights attached.

I actually just saw one on Tuesday. Based on where it was and the dealer plates I’m going to guess it was a dealer employee’s promo vehicle.
I don’t care for the chrome strip going along the roof and to the taillights, but other than that it’s a real looker.

I’ve seen the regular wagon and the liftback , but not the lifted, XC-ish thing. Not nearly as popular as the new Enclave or the Envision.

I only I still lived in Wisconsin, land of many Buicks, I would be able to provide some true boots-on-the-ground reporting of this issue.
Ala s, I have not seen one in person here in DC although my mom was thinking about getting one before she decided on her XC60.
I sure in about 15 years, several 20-somethings in Wisconsin will be driving their grandmas’ former TourXes with 38k miles on them to their entry level jobs, from their nice cheap reasonably priced apartments.

I haven’t seen any around here either. I drove by a B uick lot and I didn’t see any curbside either.. are they just not pushing them? I’ve been toying with the idea of a lease and I wouldn’t mind checking one of these out honestly.

I’ve seen 0 Buick wagons. I’ve seen at
least 3 Lincoln Con
tinentals, and I’ve seen 1 Volvo S90. The Volvo has to be the best looking sedan for sale new today.

There is one at the dealership across from the road I turn down to get to work. It is red, people I know talk about how much they like it, and how they would love to buy it. But then they look at the price and say that’s a hard nur. I think dealers either added a markup or Buick priced it out of reach for people who would potentially buy it. They all get back in their subarus and drive off.

Boots on the ground in Wisconsin, can confirm that Buicks are everywhere here. I talked to my local dealers about the TourX and they have no plans to stock it. So you can’t really buy it if the dealers don’t offer it.
Sounds like the Sportback is moving at an OK pace, at least as well as the old Regal, which is to say they sell 50 Encores for every 1 Regal. Encores are EVERYWHERE here.

Have not seen one in the wild here in the land of Buicks. We would buy one, but the seats are not up to Buick standards, and I need good seats since I’m 6'5" tall. The TourX should have been a Chevy product if they weren’t going to upgrade the seats.
I would happily drive any other model that Buick is currently selling. Their interiors are the best GM has ever put in a Buick, and the price is right, especially gently used. If you are looking for a comfortable highway cruiser, I can’t think of many better values than the current Buick lineup.

(When I was a 20-something it was usually grandma’s old Century or maybe a LeSabre.)

Crossover aficionados are not buying it because cladding doesn’t make it a crossover, and it’s not an Outback- doesn’t even have the ride height , and you have to pay a lot to get all the safety equipment.
Wagon aficionados are not buying it because it has the cladding, doesn’t have the GS’ V 6 or a manual or even a good auto.

I’ve seen one in person, period. Customer traded it in at my dealership for a used Flex EcoBoost. I work down the street from a buick/gmc dealership.
I’ve seen plenty of Lincolns and new Volvos including XC40s and XC60s, which are similar to the regal in price. I expect to see lots of V60s, too. I think I see more acuras (also nearby dealership) than I do buicks. Except maybe the encore. Ugh.

I think that may be simultaneously offensive to the Volvo, and highly-complimentary to the regal. Admittedly buick is making the best-looking vehicles in gm’s lineup right now.

Good question. I really don’t know. The only thing I can think of is that it’s not really good to “show off” with flashy brands in most areas of wisconsin. So if you want a nicer car, you can get a Buick and still stay under the radar. Nowadays, pickup trucks seem to fit this segment so I think even Buicks are losing their following here.
Interesting tidbit on Buick, when I was in China last week, I asked my business associates about cars. They were under the impression that Buick was a China-only brand and were surprised we had them in the US.
